Need to Process a Return or Exchange?
Shoes didn’t fit? Decided that new shirt wasn’t really your color? Spend a little too much on your recent gear shopping spree? We understand, it’s happened to us too! We’ll be glad to process your return or exchange based on the following criteria:
- Your items are in new condition with original packaging and manufacturer tags.
- Your items are not perishable. (We do not process returns for food products.)
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
We’ll cover the cost of your return shipping for items ordered on our site.* Email email@example.com to request a return shipping label. Take care when packaging your return shipment. You are responsible for any damage your item(s) incurs from improper return packaging.
It may take us up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your return.

Many of our awesome brands come with limited or lifetime warranties. If you would like our help starting your warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember, most of these warranties cover manufacturer defects – not normal product wear & tear. Warranty details for select manufacturers can be found below.
