We have an exciting opportunity for a marketing generalist to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for executing our organization’s marketing strategies and deliverables.
This position manages our organization’s social media accounts, develops email campaigns, builds landing pages, updates website content, coordinates print & design projects, liaises with Wanderlust’s external web/marketing agency, and assists with special events.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects with hard deadlines. Additionally, this individual will be comfortable stewarding the Wanderlust Outfitters brand and the brands of our vendors. This position executes simple design projects, so a basic understanding of graphic design concepts is beneficial.
Previous experience with social media management tools (such as, Hootsuite), graphic design software or applications (namely Adobe Creative Suite or Canva), website content management platforms (i.e. WooCommerce or Shopify), project management software (like, Monday.com or Basecamp), Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel desired. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or the Google Office Suite required.
1 to 3 years of marketing experience required (and/or an equivalent degree). Social media management experience strongly desired. Outdoor industry experience preferred.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Wanderlust Outfitters’ management team. This individual will lead our data, physical inventory and internet fulfillment teams (totaling 3 – 5 direct reports).
We are seeking a data driven professional who is confident in interpreting & preparing reports & trends, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable managing large data sets (for both the organization’s POS system and ecommerce platform).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing projects with hard deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. In addition to managing the organization’s data and purchase order process, this position will also manage the organization’s physical inventory – including receiving, cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and backstock organization.
This position will support the organization’s buying/purchasing efforts by assisting ownership with order adjustments, pre-season bookings, and ASAP restock orders. Lastly, this individual will directly supervise our internet fulfillment team.
The Data & Inventory Manager will work closely with our ownership team to foster our business’ development and growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting, evaluating, and meeting key organizational metrics. Metrics include inventory stock levels, receiving output, fulfillment output, deadline management, and data/inventory accuracy.
Data, inventory, and/or purchasing experience is required. Management experience is strongly desired. Outdoor industry experience preferred.
